All discussions, information, materials and communication in person, in writing, via telephone, fax or e-mail are confidential and proprietary to the client. Unless otherwise directed or requested by the client, the proprietary information will not be used or shared by ArtIsIn. If the client desires ArtIsIn to provide research, resources, or information that entails communication/ing with others regarding the client's needs, ArtIsIn will request permission in writing via e-mail, fax or snail mail. At the client's request, ArtIsIn will sign a non-disclosure statement submitted by the client.
